2.3 Permission-Based Information

  • Photo library access, if you choose to import wardrobe or inspiration images.
  • Camera access, if you choose to capture outfit options or fitting-room photos.

  • Feedback signals tied to AI features, including whether a suggestion was saved, revised, dismissed, or reported.

3. How We Use Information

  • To operate Bondly's planning, board, scoring, saved-history, purchase, and account-management features.
  • To generate AI-assisted outfit suggestions, alternate looks, scores, summaries, and planning explanations.
  • To keep a history of saved plans, revisions, and AI sessions where the product provides that functionality.
  • To secure the service, detect misuse, investigate bugs, enforce our terms, and maintain feature quality.
  • To analyze product performance, improve the service, and communicate service notices, support responses, and policy updates.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

Bondly may share information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, diagnostics, account systems, customer support, payment operations, security monitoring, and AI inference or moderation. These providers may process information on our behalf and under contractual or operational restrictions.

Bondly may also disclose information:

  • When necessary to comply with law, regulation, court order, or valid government request.
  • To investigate security incidents, fraud, abuse, or violations of the Terms of Service.
  • In connection with a corporate transaction such as financing, acquisition, merger, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
No sale statement. Bondly does not describe these pages as a mechanism for selling personal information to outside marketers. If data practices materially change, Bondly should update this policy before the new practice begins.

5. Rights and Choices

5.1 Managing Account and Feature Data

Users may have rights to access, update, export, delete, or limit certain information, depending on product settings and applicable law. Users may also manage device permissions, tracking choices, and support requests by contacting Bondly or using in-app settings where available.

5.1.1 Access, Correction, Deletion, and Permissions

  • You may request access to information associated with your account, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion, subject to legal, operational, and security obligations.
  • You can revoke device permissions such as camera, photo-library, or tracking access at any time through your device settings.
  • If you delete saved boards, notes, or uploads inside the product, copies may remain in backups or system logs for a limited period before routine deletion.

5.1.2 AI Features, Prompts, Images, and Generated Output

When you intentionally use Bondly AI features, you direct Bondly to process the prompts, occasion details, notes, uploaded images, references, and other content you submit for the purpose of generating styling guidance, scoring, alternatives, summaries, moderation signals, or related AI-assisted responses.

  • AI-related inputs and outputs may be processed by third-party AI or safety vendors acting on Bondly's behalf to provide model inference, filtering, abuse detection, reliability review, and related support.
  • AI outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, subjective, or inappropriate for a particular setting. Users should review outputs before relying on them for purchases, packing, event preparation, or public sharing.
  • Unless Bondly separately states otherwise in the product or obtains additional consent where required, users should not submit payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health records, highly sensitive biometric information, or another person's personal information unless they are authorized to do so.
  • Bondly may retain prompts, uploads, generated results, and related feedback for a limited period to provide history features, debug errors, prevent abuse, verify billing or feature usage, investigate reports, and improve service quality and safety.
  • You may choose not to use AI features. If you do not submit a prompt or upload content to an AI feature, the specific AI processing described in this section will not occur for that content.
AI note. Bondly's AI features are designed for outfit planning and creative support. They are not intended to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on users.

5.1.3 Marketing, Analytics, and Service Notifications

  • You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting Bondly.
  • Service, security, billing, and legal notices may still be sent where necessary even if you opt out of promotional messages.
  • Analytics or tracking choices may depend on the permission prompts shown by your device, operating system, or applicable store policy.

6. Retention

Bondly retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain user accounts, deliver saved planning history, resolve disputes, enforce legal rights, prevent abuse, support billing records, or comply with applicable law.

Retention periods may vary by data type. For example, saved boards or planning history may remain until removed by the user or deleted through account removal, while logs, backups, and security records may remain longer where justified.

7. Security

Bondly uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of user information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and Bondly cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

Bondly and its service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than the one where a user lives. Where this occurs, Bondly should use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law for cross-border transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

Bondly is not directed to children under 13, and Bondly does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If Bondly learns that information from a child was collected contrary to law, Bondly should delete or restrict it as appropriate.

10. Changes to This Policy

Bondly may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, technical, legal, or product changes. When changes are material, Bondly should update the effective date and publish the revised policy before the change takes effect, or otherwise provide notice as required by law.
