By accessing or using Bondly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Bondly Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Bondly.
- You agree to provide accurate information for any account, login, billing, or support interaction.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
3. Service Description
Bondly is an occasion-based outfit planning service that may include:
- Saved boards and planning collections.
- AI-generated styling briefs and alternate outfit suggestions.
- AI-supported look scoring or commentary features.
- Saved histories, notes, or revisions.
- Premium subscriptions, credits, or other paid digital features where offered.
Bondly may add, remove, suspend, or change features at any time for operational, legal, product, or security reasons.
4. User Content
You retain whatever rights you have in the text, notes, prompts, images, and other content you submit to Bondly. However, you grant Bondly a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, adapt, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- You must have the right to use and upload any image, text, or reference you submit.
- You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates law, invades privacy, or is abusive, hateful, deceptive, or sexually exploitative.
- You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate the rights of others.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use Bondly only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Use Bondly to generate, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Impersonate another person or upload another person's private data without authorization.
- Use Bondly's AI tools to create deceptive, harassing, harmful, or policy-violating outputs.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, account restrictions, purchase rules, or safety controls.
6. AI Features and Generated Output
Bondly includes AI-assisted features that may generate outfit advice, score explanations, alternate suggestions, summaries, and other output based on the content you choose to submit.
6.1 AI outputs are suggestions
- AI outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, subjective, repetitive, or unsuitable for a specific event, culture, budget, or body type.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before saving them, using them for event preparation, sharing them publicly, or making purchases based on them.
- Bondly does not promise that any AI-generated output is unique, factually correct, commercially available, or appropriate for your needs.
6.2 Your obligations when using AI features
- You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or highly sensitive information to AI features unless you are authorized and it is necessary for the feature.
- You should not rely on Bondly AI features as legal, medical, financial, mental health, safety, or emergency guidance.
- You may not use Bondly AI features to create abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or policy-violating content.
6.3 Availability and limits
Bondly may impose feature limits, prompt quotas, billing requirements, moderation controls, or temporary suspensions on AI functionality. Bondly may also rely on third-party providers to supply AI infrastructure or safety services.
7. Purchases and Digital Items
- If Bondly offers subscriptions, credits, gems, or other digital items, those purchases may be processed through Apple or another authorized platform.
- Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the rules of the applicable platform and any mandatory law.
- Bondly may change pricing, packaging, or feature availability at any time unless prohibited by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Bondly and its service design, software, branding, logos, visual layouts, copy, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights needed to use the service, these Terms do not transfer ownership of Bondly's intellectual property to you.
9. Third-Party Services
Bondly may link to or rely on third-party services such as analytics providers, payment processors, support systems, hosting vendors, and AI providers. Bondly is not responsible for the independent terms or privacy practices of third-party services, except to the extent required by law or stated in the Bondly Privacy Policy.
10. Suspension and Termination
Bondly may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse AI features, threaten the security or integrity of the service, fail to pay required charges, or create legal or operational risk for Bondly or other users.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bondly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bondly and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
13. Changes to These Terms
Bondly may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. If a change is material, Bondly should publish the updated terms with a revised effective date before the change takes effect, or otherwise provide notice consistent with applicable law.
